Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rent And Roll LLC requires a 25.00% deposit to reserve rental items and remove them from general availability for the selected rental date.

If availability or a delivery charge must be reviewed, submitting a request does not charge a deposit or reserve inventory. The final total and deposit are provided before payment.

Cancellations or reschedule requests should be made at least 7 days before the rental date. Deposits may be non-refundable after the cancellation window, but can be applied to a rescheduled date when approved by the business.

Weather-related rescheduling is handled case by case and depends on availability.

Any remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup and may be paid by cash, card, Zelle, or another method approved by the rental business.
