Rental Terms & Conditions

Rental Terms & Conditions

By placing a reservation, making payment, signing an agreement, accepting delivery, or taking possession of rental equipment, the customer agrees to these Rental Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all equipment, inventory, accessories, delivery services, setup services, and related rental services provided by Rent And Roll LLC.

Reservations

A reservation is not confirmed until any required deposit, payment, or signed agreement has been received. Rental equipment is subject to availability.

Rent And Roll LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation when necessary for safety, availability, weather, payment issues, equipment failure, or other reasonable business circumstances.

Rental Period

The rental period begins at the agreed delivery or pickup time and ends when the equipment is returned or collected. The customer is responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.

Rental prices follow the duration shown on each listing: each started hour, each started 24-hour block, or a stated time package with any additional-hour rate. The booking summary shows the selected dates, times, and calculated charges before payment.

Late returns or inaccessible pickup locations may result in additional rental or trip fees.

Payments

The customer agrees to pay all rental charges, delivery fees, setup fees, deposits, taxes, damage charges, cleaning fees, replacement costs, late fees, and any other amounts stated in the reservation or rental agreement.

A 25.00% deposit may be due today to reserve the booking. Any remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup and may be paid by cash, card, Zelle, or another method approved by the rental business. Failure to make required payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

When delivery pricing or inventory requires review, no deposit is collected and no inventory is held at the initial request. The final total and deposit are provided before payment.

Security Deposits

A refundable or non-refundable security deposit may be required depending on the rental. If a refundable security deposit is collected, it may be used toward damage to rental equipment, missing equipment or accessories, excessive cleaning, late return charges, replacement costs, or other unpaid amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Any remaining refundable amount will be returned according to Rent And Roll LLC normal processing procedures.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup windows are estimates. The customer must provide safe access to the rental area.

The delivery location must be accessible, safe, and ready for setup. Additional charges may apply for stairs, long-distance carries, difficult access, elevators, multiple setup locations, last-minute location changes, delays caused by the customer, or additional labor not included in the original reservation.

Setup Location

The customer must provide a suitable setup area that is clean, level, accessible, and free from hazards. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, property-owner approvals, venue permissions, HOA approval, or other authorization required for the event.

Rent And Roll LLC reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

Equipment Use

Rental equipment may only be used for its intended purpose. The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions, operating instructions, weight restrictions, occupancy limits, age restrictions, and other rules provided by Rent And Roll LLC or the equipment manufacturer.

The customer may not modify, alter, relocate, dismantle, repair, or allow unauthorized persons to service rental equipment without permission.

Supervision

The customer is responsible for proper supervision of all rental equipment during the rental period. Equipment intended for children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that guests and participants follow all safety rules.

Weather

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. Rent And Roll LLC may refuse delivery, delay setup, cancel a rental, or require equipment to be shut down when weather conditions create a safety risk.

The customer agrees to stop using equipment immediately when instructed to do so or when conditions become unsafe. Unsafe conditions may include high winds, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, severe storms, excessive heat, or unsafe ground conditions.

Weather-related rescheduling is handled case by case and depends on availability.

Customer Changes

Changes to the reservation are subject to availability. Adding equipment, increasing quantities, changing dates, changing locations, or changing delivery requirements may result in additional charges.

Reducing or removing reserved items may be subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must follow the cancellation policy stated by Rent And Roll LLC. Deposits, booking fees, and other charges may be non-refundable depending on when the cancellation occurs.

Reservations affected by weather may be eligible for rescheduling or credit if allowed under the weather policy.

Equipment Condition

The customer agrees to inspect the rental equipment upon delivery or pickup and promptly report any visible damage, missing items, or problems. Failure to report an issue before use may result in the customer being held responsible for damage discovered after the rental.

Damage, Loss, and Theft

Customers are responsible for damaged, missing, heavily soiled, or misused rental items.

The customer may be charged for repair or replacement costs. Replacement charges may include the cost of the item, shipping, labor, lost rental income, and related expenses where permitted.

Cleaning

Rental equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Cleaning or replacement fees may apply when items are returned with wax, food, stains, moisture, or debris beyond normal use.

Prohibited Use

Unless specifically authorized, the customer may not sublease or rent the equipment to another person, move equipment to another property, use equipment for illegal activity, use equipment in an unsafe manner, allow smoking near prohibited equipment, use open flames near equipment not designed for them, exceed capacity limits, modify or dismantle equipment, or remove safety labels or instructions.

Electrical Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing suitable electrical power when required unless power equipment is included in the rental. The customer must not overload circuits, use damaged extension cords, or operate electrical equipment in unsafe or wet conditions.

Generator rental, additional extension cords, or electrical setup may result in additional charges.

Access to Equipment

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to rental equipment for delivery, inspection, maintenance, emergency retrieval, or pickup. Rent And Roll LLC may remove equipment if it is being used improperly, illegally, or in unsafe conditions.

Removal for safety reasons does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Customer Property

Rent And Roll LLC is not responsible for personal property, decorations, vehicles, landscaping, structures, or other customer property unless damage is directly caused by its negligence and liability cannot legally be excluded.

The customer should remove fragile or valuable items from the setup and equipment-use areas.

Third-Party Venues

If equipment is being used at a venue, park, school, church, apartment complex, HOA property, or other third-party property, the customer is responsible for confirming all venue requirements before the event.

Any additional fees, certificates, permits, access restrictions, or insurance requirements imposed by the venue are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Photos and Documentation

Rent And Roll LLC may photograph rental equipment before, during, or after delivery for condition verification, documentation, inventory management, or dispute resolution. Photos focused on rental equipment and setup may be retained as business records.

Card on File

Where permitted by law and authorized during checkout or under the rental agreement, the customer authorizes charges to the payment method on file for unpaid rental balances, approved fees, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, replacement costs, or other amounts owed under the rental agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent And Roll LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the rental or inability to use rental equipment. Any applicable release of liability or assumption of risk is also governed by the separate Liability Waiver.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rent And Roll LLC from third-party claims resulting from the customer's misuse of equipment, negligence, violation of safety rules, unauthorized use, or breach of these Rental Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Rental Terms, together with the reservation details, invoice, Damage Waiver, Liability Waiver, cancellation policy, safety rules, and any signed rental agreement, form the agreement between the customer and Rent And Roll LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptance

By completing a reservation, submitting payment, signing an agreement, accepting delivery, or taking possession of rental equipment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms and Conditions.
